Summon the tones of this boutique amp with help from Choptones and Overloud.
Overloud's Tone Impera is a TH-U expansion library, created by Choptones, seeking to recreate the sound of the Tone King Imperial 20th Anniversary boutique combo amp. The Tone King Imperial 20th Anniversary features tube-driven circuits and old-school control, gloriously re-creating those thick, splashing, pulsating tones of the original.
After listening to the Imperial, Choptones engineers borrowed one from a legitimate owner to capture its incredible voice, great both for the cleanest clean tones and with the necessary grit for warm crunches and mellow leads. The Tone Impera library contains 89 rigs, which have been captured using the following gear:
