Comments about Warm Audio EQP-WA Tube EQ:

Fantastic EQ. It can really add low end umph and silky highs. Sounds great on the individual sources that I have ran through it so far (kick, snare, acoustics). I own other Warm products and have been very happy with their gear. The biggest downside is that you'll inevitably want a second one.

Comments about Warm Audio EQP-WA Tube EQ:

This thing sounds awful. Nothing like the real deal it tries to rbe. The housing looks and feels cool because that's where they invested their resources so that it looks like the real deal. However, the sound of this device is horrid. You're better off with a less expensive Asian EQ. Everything sounds harsh, no headroom, grounding problems, low grade components. No thanks!

Comments about Warm Audio EQP-WA Tube EQ:

Absolutely amazing for the price. You don't need a mastery of the EQ to use it, as you will find it hard to turn the dials and find something truly harsh... if you have limited knowledge of EQ functionality you can dial in some buttery tones on vocals, thicken up and scoop your electric guitar and shape your low end bass guitar tones very nicely. As good as anything twice the price. I have a few "high end" units as well and that really says something that it can compete for a spot in my recordings. Yes , it is a hybrid of some high end American made parts and Chinese assembly... but an American Company. I was using, and loving, the Pultec EQ within my UAD-2 plug ins... those sounded so nice I thought I would give this clone a try... it blows away the plug in. Not even close. While the UAD ads great tone, this adds a layer polish a plug in just can't compete with. Honestly, i wish this brand was around when I spent all that money on Universal Audio plug ins back in the day... I will eventually have a stereo pair of everything warm audio makes.

        Utterly FANTASTIC

Comments about Warm Audio EQP-WA Tube EQ:

I'm using this in my studio, where I produce music for artists in NYC; I also produce my own music.

This device is a musical instrument in and of itself. This is not a simple plug-and-play device, so if you wants something basic with very simple function, then you probably shouldn't consider this unit.

Once you put in the hours and understand how this unit functions, you will understand what I mean when I say it's a musical instrument. You can attain some incredible tones, but keep in mind that you will have to work for it.
