MEINL Sonic Energy TCM Therapy Tuning Fork - Water

Designed for slow, intentional sound work, the MEINL Sonic Energy TCM Therapy Tuning Fork offers a hands-on approach inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Developed in collaboration with Daoist priest and TCM sound therapy expert Woodie Wulin, the series is based on the Five Elements—Earth, Wood, Fire, Water and Metal—with each tuning fork set to a specific frequency. Commonly used in sound therapy, meditation and body-based practices, these tuning forks support sessions where balance, presence and intention shape the experience, including work with selected acupoints. Each tuning fork in the TCM series corresponds to an energetic focus traditionally referenced in sound-based practice. Earth is associated with grounding and centering when feeling scattered or unsteady. Metal connects to breath and voice, and is often chosen when working with chest pressure, sadness or blocked emotion. Wood is linked to releasing tension and stuck emotions such as anger or frustration. Fire is associated with calming the spirit and supporting rest, while Water is thought to restore deep energy and inner support during periods of fatigue or fear.
