Comments about Fender Rumble 700W 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

I bought this cab to round out my Bass set up. I recently purchased the Fender Bassman 500 (I absolutely love that head!)and the Rumble 1x15 cab. For most of what I do that was fine as I like a nice round tone that the 1x15 gives. I bought the 2x10 to add a bit of punch and to move move more air than the 1x15 alone. I am super satisfied with the both cabs. Fender puts out a great product, it not only sounds fantastic but looks great on stage as well. The set up has more power than I need but it is nice to be able to play and know there is more power if ever needed. Like all Fender products I expect this will last a lifetime with proper care. This icing on the cake is that both cabs weigh under 40 pounds each and don't break my back moving on and off the stage. PS don't forget your ear plugs, these cabs have the power to destroy your hearing!

Comments about Fender Rumble 700W 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

I had one of these and ordered another. The first one came and had a fizzy speaker. I hope it's not a quality issue form Fender, although the rest of my Fender gear has always been top notch. I sent it back and MF quickly and easily exchanged my defective cabinet.

My new one is just as good as my other one. Now I have two 2x10 cabs and a Fender Rumble 350 head (v2) and a Fender Rumble 500 head (v3). I can run one or two cabs with the 350 or 500 and play pretty much any venue I will ever need. I love the sound quality. I have a fender MIM p bass and a MIM Jazz. Sounds great with both. Lightweight and easy to move, compact and lightweight heads make it easy to bring both along in case one dies on a gig.

Overall I recommend the Rumble line of bass gear. I have been playing in bands for over 35 years and have had loads of gear over the years. This is among the best bass equipment I have ever had.

Comments about Fender Rumble 700W 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

Bought this cabinet almost a year ago, and its been great! Always enough sound when I need it - I play out about 2 times a month at bars with a blues/rock band. It's not too heavy, and the 500w Fender Amp with the carrying case is great - that only weighs about 5 lbs! I just recommended this to a friend who was looking who plays out also with a bar band.

Nice cabinet. Pairs well with my Fender rumble 500 head. Lightweight. I recommend
It to anyone not wanting to sacrifice sound to go smaller. I think that there is a break in period
For the speakers but they should do just fine.

Comments about Fender Rumble 700W 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

I use this cabinet with a fender rumble V3 2x10 combo and it fits perfectly in a neat stack. These V3 products are really great for the money as the quality is really good and the looks are really nice. They have that nice vintage vibe to them. As far as sound goes, this extension cab does produce very low sound as well as punchy mids and very clear highs. I play a lot of slap type stuff and this sucker translated that very well. Rock, jazz, r &b, country, whatever you play it will come across right. For what it is it gets really loud and sounds full and articulate to me. Every expressive thing I can throw at it with my bass, this cab reproduces it nicely. When playing at very high levels with LOTS of bass, the speakers do tend to break up a bit but that's really due to over driving my EQ with an unnatural amount of bass. I tried so many different sounds and it works great. Honestly when I say very high levels I mean a level I would never play at anyway. This cab won't fill a 50K seat auditorium, but that's not the intention. For small to small/medium venues, this is perfect. If you want just a little more booty but don't mind the mismatch look, the V3 1x15 sounds a bit fuller to me. Really it's up to you, both are worth every penny. Buy both cabs. The price is right. If you are considering this cabinet, try it. Musicians friend is sooo easy to work with. They offer terms that can't be beat. So, yes it's awesome. Worth every penny.

Comments about Fender Rumble 700W 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

Great cabinet. I am a weekend gigging musician. I needed something lightweight and powerful for small to medium sized gigs. I got tired of lugging around my heavy cabinets for some of the smaller shows we play. I play rock, country and blues. I bought the matching Fender Rumble 500w head to go with the 210 cabinet. (The 500w 210 combo is a better deal, but I like to mix and match sometimes) I plan on adding the Fender Rumble 115 cabinet. Pretty versatile, the vintage setting works great with my pbass for blues, country and classic rock. The tone is warm and round, change the settings a little and I can dial in a cool modern rock sound. It has a retro look which I like and It fits in the back of my hatchback too! Tone is always subjective, so check it out for yourself, but this definitely works for me!
