Since it was started in 1989, Behringer has always had a simple philosophy: to put pro-level electronics into audio professionals' hands without a pro-level price tag. This makes Behringer signal processors a perfect choice for someone just getting into the studio business or for a seasoned veteran simply looking for a smarter option.  The granddaddy of signal processors and still one of the most crucial ones is the equalizer. Behringer's rack-mounted EQs are the Ultragraph Pro series, starting with the 15-band FBQ1502 and going up to 31 bands in the FBQ3102 and the rack-dominating flagship model, the FBQ6200. All three of these EQs come with Behringer's FBQ feedback detection system, which quickly shows you feedback frequencies, making it a real help for live shows. That system is also on the DEQ1024 Ultragraph Digital EQ, which you'll definitely want to consider if you prefer a digital setup.

EQs are only the beginning of what Behringer has to bring to your rack, of course. For example, you get a whole rack's worth of functionality with the DEQ2496 Ultra-Curve Pro Mastering Processor. Check out the MDX2600 Composer Pro-XL Compressor for taming your sound and simulating tubes onstage and in the studio, and if you want a heavy dose of gain, take a look at the Ultragain Pro MIC2200, which includes an actual 12AX7 tube.

You'll also find a 12AX7 in the MIC100 and MIC200 Tube Ultragain Preamps, making them some of the more notable non-rack signal processors Behringer offers. If you want to stop feedback in its tracks, you'll probably like the FBQ100 Shark Automatic Feedback Destroyer, which is small enough to pick up in one hand. Even something as simple as the CT-100 cable tester can help make your job easier - on or off the rack, Behringer comes through.

One of the best things about Behringer is that they make every part they possibly can in-house, so you won't have to worry about questionable third-party components in these electronics. When you're looking for reliability and great sound with no barriers to entry, Behringer signal processors are right up your alley.
