Utilizing the latest in-house CNC machining center and advanced cad/cam designing software, Sugal Mouthpieces has successfully re-created the brilliant powerful Breckerish-Lenny Picket sound.

The MB III + s has a huge bright, fat, cutting sound along with an amazing edge that some folks say will peel wall paper.

Gary Sugal has pushed the envelope further than any other mouthpiece manufacturer with this design.
