This piece of crap will break withing 3 months of use. I've had 2 now. and I'm now looking for a new one. but i strongly recommend you not buy this footswitch
This footswitch does what it is supposed to. It is built well and works great. Of course, you can't totally abuse it, but with reasonable care it should work as well as any other pedal. Mine has.
Good for what it does, very simple unit. Not to many features.
Ok, I got my marshall 80-watt amp but then we left the footswitch there. We get it back and we try it out and it was fine. but then I tried it later, and I tried to work out the effects, and it didn't turn them on or off. So if i wanted the effects off, i would have to go over to the amp and press the button. The distortion sounds nice, but i would recomend the metal zone pedal from BOSS (mt-2)
I got one of these brand new and straight out of the box had to return it, because the soldiering wasn't right. It worked for 3 months and then the OD 1 / OD 2 switch died on me. I used the pedal for about 1 month all the time and then had about 2 months of hardly any use at all. I can't believe Marshall would put out such a piece of crap. Mine may of been a dude from the start, but watch out if you get one of these.
You might think it is not useful, but when you play songs with clean and distortion, you'll notice it DOES have a use.
Stopped working within 2 days. Piece of crap!!
